Instructions to authors

Here is some information about the organization of oral and poster presentations.

By submitting a paper, authors implicitly accept publication on HAL.

During the Poster session, the scientific committee will highlight themes that will be specified later.

Templates for submitting extended abstracts :

Please use one of the three templates below to submit extended abstracts. All the necessary information is provided in these templates.

The extended abstract should be a minimum of 4 pages and a maximum of 8 pages.

Oral Presentations:

Oral presentations may be given in either French or English.

Each presentation is allotted 20 minutes, followed by 5 minutes for questions.

Each room will be equipped with a video projector connected to a computer with Microsoft Office, LibreOffice, and Acrobat Reader DC installed.

It is strongly recommended to use the equipment provided. Please ensure your presentation is portable and can be tested in the conference rooms during the breaks.

Posters:

Poster format is flexible. You will have a panel measuring 1 meter wide by 2 meters high to display your poster. More detailed installation instructions will be provided upon your arrival at the conference.
